Service Description

Get the support you need to make the changes you want. One-on-one health coaching can help you 1.) make dietary and lifestyle changes, 2.) research alternative treatments, 3.) wean off of PPI medication, 4.) find motivation, 5.) investigate your disease instigators, and 6.) create and achieve your wellness vision. I coach in person, via video chat, or over the phone. I start with an hour-long introduction session and then evaluate your needs for future sessions (30 to 45 mins).
