Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and chronic heartburn can be a living nightmare. You have to eat to live, but eating gives you pain. Lifestyle changes can be extremely difficult to make alone without the aid of others.

Don't lose hope. Many people have recovered from GERD, but there doesn't appear to be one solution that works for everyone. GERD is an individual disease, and its causes vary.

Antibiotic usage, food poisoning, traumatic stress, and a sedentary lifestyle can all have an impact on gut health.

Coaching helps you:

  • Investigate GERD related conditions

  • Look into posture, sleep, and eating habits

  • Evaluate stress, anxiety, and emotions

  • Investigate your past to discover possible instigators of your acid reflux/heartburn.

The uncoordinated combining of alternative therapies and supplements can be counterproductive or superfluous.

Coaching helps you:

  • Get detailed reviews on supplements to help you make a decision.

  • Organise a schedule to try different alternative treatments in a controlled order.

About Me:

I was diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and Barrett's esophagus in my early 20s. After years of experience and research, I finally took control of this disease, but with much difficulty and trial. I learned that support is vital to make progress with chronic health conditions.

I Coach Those Who:

Suffer from:

  • Heartburn

  • Acid reflux

  • LPR and more!

How I Coach:

I coach in person, via video chat, or over the phone. I start with an hour-long introduction session and then evaluate your needs for future sessions.

Change is hard on the body and sometimes requires a period of discomfort. Isolating foods to identify triggers can be tricky. Eliminating foods can cause a period of intense cravings and withdrawals. Keeping a food diary and planning meals take energy and time.

  • Identify Triggers

  • Eliminate Foods

  • Find Substitutes

  • Make Food Plans

  • Correct Habits

Individuals can experience rebound symptoms up to 4 weeks after discontinuing proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) such as omeprazole and Nexium.

Coaching helps you:

  • Create a Tapering Schedule

  • Be Ready for Acid Rebound

  • On-call Support for Flare Ups

Do you believe you will ever recover from GERD?

Chronic heartburn, and other symptoms of reflux, can become such a big part of our lives that we forget what its like to be GERD free. Did you forget? The medical community HAS NOT proven that once you have GERD you will always have it. In fact, people have recovered from even Barrett's esophagus. Find someone who has recovered from GERD, they will give you hope and they are out there.

Coaching helps you:

  • Create an environment that supports you.

  • Connect to others in your same position.

  • Find what will truly motivate you.
